Absolute Group and Jones Lang LaSalle Tie-Up

Growing hospitality group Absolute and global firm Jones Lang LaSalle have announced a tie-up for condominium management of two properties in Phuket.
JLL has been appointed to manage the condo juristic person entities (CJP) of Absolute's Bangla Suites and Nakalay Beach Resort. Hotel services will still be provided directly by Absolute.
With the continued downturn in resort grade property sales a growing number of globally affiliated property firms including JLL, CBRE, Savills and Knight Frank have focused on the expanding market of estate management.
