ACCOR Moves Into Luxury Home Rentals

The global hotel industry is rapidly changing and AirBnB is a strong disruptor to the business.

Hotel chains are now cluing into to the possibilities of non-traditional accommodation as can be demonstrated by ACCOR’s recent acquisition of home rental portal ‘onefinestay.’

Onefinestay is a global network for rentals and management of over 2,600 private homes

While the group will remain independent under ACCOR, there is a considerable stream if inward investment in the words along with marketing and online strategies to be exploited.

As is the current mantra, everyone seems to be chasing the tail of AirBnB.
