AirAsia Adding 375 New Aircraft

Good news for Airbus as leading low-cost airline carrier AirAsia has revised its expansion plans upwards to 375 new aircraft over the next 5 years.
Most of the acquisitions will be the favored workhorse the Airbus A320.
Chief Executive Tony Fernandes has publically stated the continued opportunity is to focus on the region, which has a population base of over 3 billion people.
