Alila Expands With Two Mixed Use Properties

Indonesia is continuing to see a sharp upturn in residential-led hospitality projects and Alila Hotels & Resorts has successfully tapped into the trend.
Two new Alila's are under development in Bali's red hot Seminyak area and a second in Bintan, near to Singapore. Both are expected to open in 2014.
In Seminyak, 72 suites and 69 residences along with events area and outlets are located within an internalized rice paddy theme.
Meanwhile in Bintan, the team behind the award wining Alila Uluwatu are at it again with lead design firm WOHA. Here 52 one and two bedroom units and 12 three bedroom oceanfront villas are showcased.
Villa pricing starts at USD1.8 million, with a 3 year guaranteed yield and buy back scheme by the developer on the intial acquisition price.
With the new Seminak property, Alila will have a total of five properties in the top resort destination of Bali.
