Aloft Bangkok Up For Sale

Thailand's hotel transaction market continues to heat up with news that the Aloft Bangkok on Sukhumvit 11 has been put into the market through Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels.
The new build 297 room property was fully opened in February of this year and is under management by Starwood.
With a freehold title and strong location in the prime business and entertainment district of the city, its expected interest will be strong.
JLLH are currently vending both the Moevenpick Resort and Spa in Karon and Evason Phuket. Both are expected to trade in the near future.
