Australian Celebrity Chef Mangan Goes Balinese

In the day and age of celebrity chefs Bali is on the radar with a new link-up between Australian chef Luke Mangan and the Sentosa Seminyak resort.
Officially opening July 3rd the Salt Tapas brings a twist to the concept.
Leading Bali hotelier Michael Burchett recently took over the management of the luxury villa property and is now running operations under MJB Hoteliers.
The Mangan – Sentosa partnership looks to make some waves in the marketplace.
