Never mind the traditional farming routine of getting up at the crack of dawn, and then working in the field all day.
In Lopburi, near to Bangkok on of the largest solar (photovoltaic) farms on the planet recently opened.
Thailand's Natural Energy Development Company (NED) is being the project which is taking a long term view of reducing the Kingdoms carbon footprint.
Working in partnership with private sector groups and the Asian Development Bank the alternative energy initiative is high profile project that is attracting international attention.
