BALI SURGE Garuda Revamp Targets European Market

Indonesian resort destination Bali is set to benefit from national air carrier Garuda's return to Europe. First up is daily Amsterdam service to Jakarta with future routes planned including Frankfurt, Paris and London.
The airline is also in the midst of an upgrading program for its hardware and software customer service). New Airbus A330-200 aircraft now have touch screen LCD screens in all classes with extensive entertainment options.
For anyone flying Thai Airways lately, perhaps Garuda's example needs to be look at given its aging fleet and challenged levels of customer care.
