Banyan Tree Group Reorganizes Executive Team

Upscale hotel management group Banyan Tree who will operate 30 properties by the end of the year have undergone a top level reorganization to cope with expansion plans.
Bangkok based Bernold Schroeder who has been a long term player moves in as Managing Director of hotel operations and business development in the Americas & EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
Asia Pacific sees Arthur Kiong as Managing Director of operations in Asia Pacific for both the core Banyan Tree brand and Angsana.
In China which is a key area of focus Paul Lee has been promoted to Regional Director of hotel operations covering the entire country.
