A recent trip to the resort island of Koh Lanta brought about a pleasant dining experience.
Tipped by a local, the journey brought us to The Tavern,which is unassuming but what great food.
The half order of ribs, topped any over-sized full serving I've seen in Thailand, or even Asia.
As for a whole order, remember the Sound of Music and song "Climb Every Mountain".
