Bidding For Luxury Chedi Hotel Starts

According to Bangkok based real estate firm VPC Thailand/PA Lynn Philips property owned by now defunct Pacific Assets PLC are for sale by bid including the luxury Chedi Hotel Chiang Mai.
The bid process is open from July 14th onward and close on the 28th; with the process being handled exclusively by the property firm.
Operated by GHM the 84 key hotel which has earned high marks for style and elegance during it's relatively short operating period.
Hotel transactions in Thailand have seen a high level of activity this year and it looks that the 3rd and 4th quarter is gearing up for more movement in the sector.
