Boutique Brand Alila Into Alliance

Leading Singapore-based upscale brand Alila has taken on an alliance with US group Geolo Capital.
Geolo controls the San Francisco hospitality firm Commune Hotels and Resorts.
While the deal has not been announced there is clearly a synergy between the two like-minded brands.
Commune is headed by John Pritzker. Keep an eye on this move as it looks to be interesting in the boutique space.
