So you want to be a millionaire? According to the New York Times a new development in NYC is selling car parking spaces for up to one million dollars.
The coveted parking spaces are priced higher then apartments in the same complex – 42 Crosby Street.
Only 10 spaces are available and interest is strong.
As Phuket continues to become more congested you have to wonder when paid parking slots will enter the mainstream real estate market.
