Cebu To Target Oceanfront Gaming

As the Philippines continues to reinvent their casino focus, the island destination of Cebu is looking to take on a massive oceanfront gaming project.
Makings news on ABS-CBN is the government controlled PAGCOR's confirmation that a USD1 billion resort complex on Mactan is under study.
The incoming potential investor is the duo of Macau Resources Group and US RiskWise.
Cebu, which has seen other Asian resort destinations like Bali and Phuket soar is aiming to drive demand from a casino niche.
