Centara Sign New Layan Phuket Hotel

Thai hotel group Centara Hotels and Resorts has signed a deal for a 150-room midscale new build property in Layan Phuket.
The property which is located near to the Outrigger Laguna Villas and Nikki Beach Resort will be branded as a Centra Resort. A final name is yet to decided.
An opening in 2016 is planned.
Development is by the Adler Group who also own hospitality assets in Indochina.
Later this year the redeveloped Anantara Layan (formerly Bundarika) will open.
Phuket Pavilions is also seeing a third phase of expansion currently underway.
