Central Festival East Gears Up

Island retail mega complex Central Festival is continuing to evolve their offering with the development of the Homework complex into what is now known as Central Festival East.
This includes the anchor Tops Supermarket and new additions such as Toys R' Us.
Plans call for a new skywalk with improved access between the East and West malls.
Plans have yet to be released about the new extension on the southern side which is understood to be a upscale offering.
