Century Properties Launches Novotel Mixed-Use Residences

One of the Philippines fastest growing real estate developers Century Properties has inked a deal with AccorHotels for a 310-unit all suite Novotel in Makati.
The property contains three components being hotel units, full ownership residences and fractional properties.
C9 Hotelworks acted as a hospitality and residential adviser on the property for Century.
Fractional sales are expected to be targeted at the OFW (Overseas Filipino Workers) market which continues to be liquid and growing in size.
