Cherngtalay’s Boat Avenue Expanding

In what is becoming a hotbed of activity at the entrance of Laguna Phuket, the Boat Avenue retail and commercial complex is enlarging.

A new adjacent complex has been tagged as Hideaway Plaza, and is located near to the popular intersection populated by Bake.

On offer will be 14 new spaces for rent, in a single story structure overlooking a lagoon.

Rental rates are pegged at THB500 a square meter.

Developed by Khun Boon and his team at Boat Avenue, the project also features a second land plot that can accommodate a purpose designed building by a tenant.
