China's Hawaii Goes Vegas

Mainland's Hawaii of Asia – Hainan island will see the development of a Las Vegas branded Caesars Place on Longmu Bay.
Perhaps the only caveat is this is a destination resort product without gambling.
Scheduled to open by 2014, the massive property includes a marina, integrated entertainment venues and a 36 hole championship golf course.
Caesars is looking to duplicate the success of other Las Vegas stalwart MGM who have signed a wide range of non gaming luxury properties in China.
