Colliers Target Hotel Growth With New Appointment

Leading global property firm Colliers International have made a strategic move into the hospitality sector with the appointment of Jean Marc Garret in Bangkok.
Jean Marc has been a long term player in the Thai industry and was most recently the head of development for Centara Hotels and Resorts.
It's understood that the firm has also expressed interest to make a move into Phuket's real estate market and is looking at options for developing its property business here.
