Condo Hotel For Laguna Area

Thai boutique hospitality chain X2 which is part of BHM Asia has inked a deal for a condominium hotel at the entrance area of Laguna Phuket.

The 84 key project tagged as Oceanstone is being marketed by CBRE Thailand.

Going forward the name is X2 Vibe Phuket Bangtao and an opening is set for 2017.

Condo hotels are surging across the island, in the case of the X2, it’s located near to the Regent Bangtao which has taken a hospitality-led residence approach and another one is Laguna’s own Cassia.
