COOL QUEST Pied a Terre

Real estate folks always love new terms to describe what often becomes a same same mash-up.
Reading the International Herald Tribune last week the use of the French term "pied a terre" came up.
In a nutshell this is a second home, often a holiday house or secondary residence.
I'm not sure how popular the catch phrase will be, but it least it's different.
