Destination Selling Sri Racha Hotel And Golf Course

Category: Hotels, Posted:28 Jun 2012 | 09:56 am

Thailand's Destination Properties have put up a 18 hole championship golf course and 223 room resort for sale in Sri Racha, Chonburi.
Located between Bangkok and Pattaya, the development site includes a resort on 17 rai and Gary Player course on 582 rai.
Back in 2006, prior to the GFC, the property had inked a deal with DoubleTree by Hilton, but the redevelopment stalled during the financial crisis.
Destination had put the former Courtyard by Marriott's in Patong and Cha Am up for sale earlier this year, but they did not transact.
Colliers International with Jean Marc Garret is acting on behalf of the owner on the sale. Pricing for the two developments is USD13.3 million on a lease basis or USD31.6 million for freehold.
