Dusit Hotel Group Invest Into Online Rental Platform

Thai hospitality group Dusit International has bought into the online villa and condo site favstay.com.

The Thai rental platform will benefit from an inward investment of USD1 million by Dusit.

Plans for the online platform call for expansion into other Southeast Asian markets.

Favstay has over 11,000 properties in their Thailand listings. They also have supplemental services for property owners including property management services, maintenance, and promotional items like photos.

Dusit’s stake in the online provider will be just under 10 per cent.
