A few days into the Phuket SandBox and as we write this, over 1,000 arrivals have come to the island. After completing the first test, travelers on the following day are allowed to travel anywhere in Phuket and take advantage of some rather special summer-type weather. The beaches have never been better and a number of businesses have reopened.

Baby steps and clearly this process is clouded by the current issues in Bangkok but every journey starts with one step and we are not past that.
