The South East Asian nation of Brunei has adopted Sharia law for Muslims in the country.
Under the strict religious law thieves typically have limbs removed and those caught cheating on husbands or wives may be stoned.
About two thirds of the population which is nearly half are million are Muslims.
Brunei is ruled by Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah who has sponsored the law.
