GHM Sign Maldives Property

Luxury boutique chain GHM are continuing to see a upswing in their development pipeline with the most recent signing being a 130 key property in the Maldives.
The property will be branded as the Chedi Dhapparu and is mixed use with 40 hotel suites and 90 branded residence villas.
An opening in 2016 is expected.
Hotel branded residences in the Maldives are largely an untested market though Six Senses was able to sell some high value villas a few years ago.
