Picking up the latest edition of the Phuket Gazette the sight of a green tuk tuk managed to capture my imagination.
A Dutch company Tuk Tuk Factory which specializes in electric versions of the Thai classic has wider ambitions.
The three-wheelers are now drawing attention across the globe and a recently launched web tool allows buyers to customize their very own tuk tuk.
Electric carts are aimed at green initiatives and a reduced carbon footprint, but bizarrely here in Thailand are rarely seen.
