Hilton's Waldorf Astoria Coming To Thailand

A luxury Waldorf Astoria Hotel is being planned as part of Bangkok's Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard mixed-use development.
Located between the Grand Hyatt Erawan and Four Seasons the residential component consists of 316 Magnolias branded apartments.
Similar to the nearby St. Regis the offering will be on 30 year leasehold basis with one and two bedroom units ranging up to penthouses.
Prices range from THB8 million up to THB80 for the top end product.
Hilton will not be operating the residential component of the property.
