Hospitality Consolidation Surges As Blink Bags Jaya

The current spate of consolidation and takeovers in the hotel space is ramping up, but this time it’s in the design space.

Noted architecture and interior group Blink Design has acquired the Jaya entity which is the named after its well-known founder Ibrahim Jaya.

Jaya died in 2015, though his company has continued back of a strong reputation in upscale and luxury hotels for innovative ideas.

Blink, led by Clint Nagata who is based in Bangkok is well on its way to becoming a global design firm.
