Hotmail At The End Of The Line

It's the year 2012 and needless to say our techo-culture never hangs out on the doorstep for long. Here today, gone tomorrow.
I've just read a news piece by Phuket's Woody Leonhard that Microsoft is relegating Hotmail to the history section.
After years of losing market share to Gmail and Yahoo, the once iconic mainstay is set to be grandfathered into a new domain – Outlook.com.
While the features remain similar and no real connection to the Microsoft Office program Outlook, the name is no doubt set to confuse one and all.
As for Hotmail thanks for the memories.
