The Manila real estate market is continuing to surge with new upscale offerings.
Here 220 two, three and four bedroom units are being developed by Federal Land.
A 438 room Grand Hyatt hotel and office block is being built in an adjacent tower.
One interesting point is that Hyatt has issued a notification that they are only licensing the product and not providing management services.
