IHG Sign Phang Nga Bay Resort

InterContinental Hotels Group has inked a deal for a new 170-key resort on the island of Koh Yao Yai, near to Phuket.

The project is being developed by a Thai group, Soraya Development who also own the Holiday Inn Resort and Holiday Inn Express in Krabi.

One of the key features of the resort will be one-kilometer length of ocean frontage.

Phang Nga Bay is starting to see high development demand at the luxury level with a new wave of projects expected to enter the pipeline shortly
