Iniala Gears Up Restaurant Group

Category: Tourism, Posted:22 Sep 2016 | 05:25 am

The hospitality team at Iniala just over the bridge in Phang Nga has unveiled plans to create a new food and beverage focused initiative which will expand to both branded and independent outlets.

Perhaps the most anticipated offering will be the Essenzi restaurant at Iniala Beach House where upcoming celebrity chef Tim Butler of “Eat Me” fame in Bangkok will be working to a seafood theme.

Butler is also well-known for the “Bunker” outlet, and first emerged from New York, after learning much of this technique from Daniel Boulud.

A late November opening is in the offering, and the pricing points from the previous destination dining outlet Aziamendi have apparently been shifted to a much more accessible level.

Iniala has two more food and beverage offerings coming up. One is located in Boat Avenue at the entrance of Laguna, while the second will be announced soon and will come on stream in 2017.

On both the hospitality and dining front Iniala is no one trick pony, they are rapidly expanding their new venture in Malta with a decided European twist.
