Jetstar Launches Phuket Melbourne Service

Airline carrier Jetstar has announced new direct flights between Phuket and Melbourne Australia.
Twice weekly service commences in mid December of this year and will increase to three flights in Q1 2014.
Media reports say according to Jetstar, which already serves the island from Singapore and Sydney the move is back of increasing demand from the Melbourne and South Australia.
Direct flights to Phuket are continuing to surge while progress on the new international terminal are in full swing.
