JLL To Manage Two Phuket Estates

Jones Lang LaSalle (Thailand) have signed two deals for residential estates in Phuket.
The first is the Sands Condominium in Rawai which is a 36-unit established property in the south.
Second up is the Eva Beach which is also located in Rawai.
JLL has recently made moves to further its property management presence in Asia's other key resort destination – Bali.
