Jones Lang LaSalle are taking their resort estate management expertise refined in Phuket and targeting Bali for expansion.
Acoording to Dexter Norville from JLL (Thailand) the group is lookng at larger estates where there is a critical mass of units.
These will mostly be condominiums, apartments and villa complexes.
Daniel Miller heads the JLL office in Bali.
