Koh Samet Oil Spill Raises Concerns

The Thai resort island of Koh Samet which suffered from a recent oil spill, is now seeing possible effects on the tourism sector which are being heard far and wide.
International press hascovered the environmental disaster could continue to haunt the coastline for an indefinite time period.
There are concerns that both wildlife and fishing will have have long term damage.
Vast amount of crude oil covered local beaches after an accident occurred between a pipeline and oil tanker.
