Krabi Convention Centre Under Study

According to comments by the Krabi Chamber of Commerce a study is underway on the viability of a convention centre.
An 80 rai site which is public land is located near to Ao Nang beach.
Bangkok's International Trade and Exhibition Centre is evaluating the merits of the project which would be privately run.
Given the delay's in Phuket's government sponsored Mai Khao project, fast tracking in the private sector might be more efficient for our Greater Phuket neighbor.
