Laguna Beach Resort To Reopen April 1st

The upgraded Outrigger Phuket Beach Resort is set to reopen at the beginning of Apri 2013.
With 255 rooms the renovation has seen a dream team of designers product including Ed Poole and Associates, P49 and Hassell aiming to create a stunning new product.

In other news Christoph Berger has been appointed to oversee the resort for Outrigger. Berger has been the GM of the property since 2007 and previously held executive positions at the Sukhothai in Bangkok and Dubai.
Popular West Coast Bangtao Bay which is home to Laguna Phuket and Surin Beach have seen a number of new brands in recent years including Moevenpick and DoubleTree by Hilton.
At the Northern end of Bangtao the Minor Hotel Group recently acquired the Bundarika Resort which is being upgraded into a luxury Anantara branded property.

Outrigger Acquires Luxury Beachfront Resort In Thailand
