Laguna Launches New Branded Suites

Laguna Phuket has brought another hotel managed residence project to the market with the launch of the Angsana Waterfront Suites.
Pricing starts at THB10.5 million for a one bedroom furnished unit and comes with a free golf membership.
Construction will start later next year and is set to complete in 2016.
The project is set to target the current island trend of investment real estate buyers versus end users.
