Laguna Launches New Low-Cost Condos

One of the island's leading property developers Laguna Phuket is pushing further into the low-cost housing market with the debut of a new 302 unit project.
Located in Laguna Park the 7-storey condominium complex will feature two superblocks of units. Sizing ranges from 32 to 43 square meters.
Construction is scheduled for latter 2014 and completed expected within 24 months.
A key feature of the project is golf course views over Laguna's club which is currently being upgraded.
