Laguna Launches New Residential Estate

Laguna Phuket has launched a new master planned residential development adjacent to the destination resort.
Called Laguna Park the project is aimed at upper midscale buyers and offers villas and townhomes.
Pricing points are at just over THB6 million.
The project is located on the road between Plaza del Mar and Laguna Village, to the east of the existing destination resort.
