Laguna Shores Exported To Indonesia

Laguna Phuket's popular hospitality-led residential offering has found a second home in Bintan Indonesia.
The Laguna Shores Bintan development which was recently launched is following the trend toward smaller investment oriented units. Sizing starts at 35 square meters.
Located in a master planned estate near to Singapore which includes an existing Banyan Tree resort, an Angsana and an 18 hole golf course, the project is expected to complete in 2016.
Speaking to Stuart Reading of Laguna Property, he said a recent private launch held at the Hilton hotel in Singapore saw strong results with 24 Bintan units reserved and 11 for Phuket.
Also on the property front the Angsana Teluk Bahang Penang resort has been announced with 150 residential units being marketed in Malaysia and abroad.
Expect Banyan Tree to announce a third hotel brand to cover the Laguna Shores concept soon.
