Large Mixed-Use Airport Developing Rising

A large-scale mixed-use development named The Terminal is coming up near to Phuket International Airport.
Located at the T intersection in Nai Yang near the gateway airport, the 71 rai project has commenced construction.
Featuring a central lagoon, the phased development by Phuket Sirinath Property Company includes a community mall, condominium and hotel/serviced apartment.
Currently in it's initial offering condominium units start at THB2 million for 33 square meters of space.
The North Phuket area is seeing a growing shift in real estate demand, which has been bolstered by Sansiri's Baan Mai Khao and the expansion of nearby Yacht Haven including the addition of a series of new super yacht berths.
Another led indicator for the area is the redevelopment at Blue Canyon under its new controlling ownership group, which is in early planning stages.
