Large Resort Residential Project For Krabi

The first phase of a large master planned residential project launched in Krabi with the debut of The Pelican condominiums.
The developer is Thai based Perry Group International headed by Chairman Khun Phonchai Ngamsappasilp (Perry),
With 96 units configured with 1, 2 and three bedrooms pricing ranges from approximately THB5 to 16 million. Smaller units are 80 square meters up to 180 square meters.
Located in the premium resort district of Klong Muang, the site is near to the Sofitel Phokeethra, Sheraton, Amari and Phulay Bay, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve.
Plans call for a rental pool and full range of resort facilities. For those participating in the rental pool 5% guaranteed resorts are on offer for the initial three years.

As part of a larger development 25 private pool villas and an upscale resort will be launched at a later stage.
