Layan Beach To Get Mid-Rise Development

As Phuket continues its surge into the mass tourism and property market, new projects are starting to push skyward.
One of the latest is a planned 190 unit condominium project named Nusa Raya at the junction of Layan Soi 2 leading towards the Nikki Beach Club.
Plans call for two mid-rise buildings, with each being seven storey's tall.
Layan has seen strong development on the luxury side with new ultra villa estates at Anantara and Avadina Hills in the development process.
Nearby Laguna and Cherngtalay are already seeing a greater number of mid-rise buildings coming up.
