Legoland for Bangkok?

With Malaysia already fast tracking development of a Legoland theme park just across the border from Singapore a UK based operator is looking for a site in Bangkok.
Published reports have quoted Merlin Entertainments Thailand who recently opened the Madame Tussauds at Siam Discovery Centre they are in the lookout for a suitable location for a Legoland project in the city.
Tourism attractions remain strong demand generators for both overseas and domestic tourism and mega projects such as these are sorely needed to offset the sharp rise of new hotel rooms in the nation's capital.
