Listed Thai Group Developing Layan Property

Thai-list real estate firm Nusasiri are developing a large condominium project in Layan Phuket near to the Nikki Beach Club.
The project is named Nusa Raya as has been reported previously on this website.
It's understood that investment buyers will be tapped back of a hotel management scheme.
In a related event the group has made public plans to purchase 200 condominium units in Bangkok at the State Tower.
These units are classed as non-performing assets and they will be upgraded and resold on the secondary market.
