One of the great ideas we have seen is Richard Branson's Virgin initiative on new business start-ups.
It's a funding and mentoring program for budding entrepreneurs.
This is a not-for-profit venture and offers loans and a ongoing dialog with high level mentors.
Unfortunately its only for U.K based entrepreneurs but is such a great idea, it could be done in Asia.
